When: From 8pm to 9pm on Tuesday 1st August
Why: An opportunity to meet up with fellow cachers and geochat about the day's experiences exploring this area of Devon
Following the Event there will be some themed night walks for cachers to participate in if they wish [but they are optional].
Optional costs: We have a farm-based caterer who will be serving meals throughout the evening. You can pre-order your food from the Mega camp site office from Monday 31st July onwards, but it should be possible to order food on the night. Liquid refreshments will be available throughout the night from the bar.
What to bring: Some money to purchase (optional) refreshments and your walking boots if you plan to go walking!

Q: Can I attend even if I am not camping?
A: Yes, all geocachers are welcome to attend irrespective of whether they are staying on site or taking part in other events

A: Yes, visitor parking will be available for a suggested donation of £1 per car.
