Welcome to Brickworks Park, and the foruth Park... or Parkette hide. This is another proper park, with an awesome playground on a hilltop and public access tennis courts. There is a parking lot and plenty of street parking too, even some decent spots to bring a small family picnic (unlike Lake Wilcox park that is often overcrowded since being redone). The cache itself is by a set of suburban ponds: even in daytime when I placed this there were frogs singing, and plenty of birds too. When you post your log, I'd love to know what creature sights and sounds you hear. The cache can be approached from the pond side for a (slightly) higher terrain experience or from the trail: it is less than 3 metres from the trail itself. It's kid, dog, and bike friendly too, and easily accessible in winter. If enjoying the pond nearby, you may need boots as it is marshy after the rain, particularly if you go onto the rock spit between the ponds. You're looking for a red bison tube micro that I received as a prize at an event by DougyB ages ago: it's about time it had a proper home.
