The cache was a magnetic tube attaching at a stair in the middle of the river. For you safety, DO NOT try to climb down the stair cuz you could get it without doing that. The GZ may blocked by a short fence but it doesn't matter, feel free to cross over it.

The google map in official geocaching app has a large off by about over 500 meters in China. But the google satellite view in third party app such as c:geo match. The OSM or your GPS is also reliable.
