Stretch 'Em on I-79 South - Third Time's a Charm Traditional Cache

Quick Park-N-Grab to allow you to do exactly what the title implies, to stretch your legs, grab a little walk and break up the monotony of driving down Interstate 79 Southbound.

This cache replaces GC480V2 Stretch Your Legs On I-79 South and GC55XVJ Stretch Your Legs On I-79 South Redux.  Those caches disappeared a couple of times each, so I'm hoping a different style of hide can get some more longevity.  Instead of moving the most recent iteration, I decided that it'd be best if we just archived it and started all over again so that the 421 folks who found the first two could find another one just like it, just in a different spot.

You're looking for a bison tube hidden in a pet walking portion of the rest area. You can park such that you won't have to cross any traffic.  This is a pet area, so watch out for doggie land mines!  The container is hidden to open and reveal the log without being removed from its hiding place.  Please be careful to make sure the container is screwed back together tightly to avoid moisture inside.
