This C&D is in a very "Kool" place. I placed between the morning and afternoon rushes and traffic and muggle activity were both very easy. Another Cacher indicated that getting in and out of the lot later in the day was a little tricky, and it sounds like it gets considerable muggle traffic, so you have to exercise extreme stealth and possibly plan your visit at a less busy time.
