Geocache Description:

 

The 7th annual geocaching event sponsored by the Argyle and Yarmouth Recreation , Municipality of Yarmouth and the Town of Yarmouth.

 

 

 

Event start time is 9am to 1pm. This is the kick off event of the weekend of geocaching events in Southwest Nova Scotia. You must be registered for the event by 12 pm to be included in the draw for door prizes. The Recreation Departments are promoting this event as a healthy activity and are providing snacks for the event. Geocaching is one of the activities listed on the ParticipACTION 150 Play List. This year the event will be hosted by the Municipality of Argyle at the Wedgeport Tuna Museum. The Wedgeport Tuna Museum will be open during the event. Come prepared to share stories of locations across Canada you have geocached. Do you have a unique idea for a cache container? Share your ideas with others!. There may be other activities posted as we get closer to the event date. Newcomers welcome to attend.
