Chengdu has 20 Mill. inhabitants and only a handful of geocaches - a good reason to add another one!
The cache is hidden in a side road off the Sichuan Conservatory of Music's main entrance. It is outside a place owned and run by a Swiss couple - he is called Ueli or Gu Feng, go say hello to him :). They agreed for a cache to be placed there and will lock after it.
If you come by taxi, show this exact address to the taxi driver:
滨江东路166号银唐国际小区,1单元1501室
They may still not find the exact spot, but will all find the Conservatory of Music, from there it's a 3min walk.
I don't know why but Google Maps shows the cache on the wrong spot! If you use Google maps you need the following coordinates: N 30°38'23.3" E 104°04'51.1"
Every other map shows it correctly, e.g. Open Source maps. Sorry about that..
In a country with lots of surveillance cameras make sure you use stealth to find and re-hide it. You need to bring your own pen.
