Geocache Description:

Foxholes, Bruen, is a tranquil woodland sloping down to the River Evenlode with year-round colour and wildlife interest but particularly noted for its springtime bluebells.

Managed by Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust, this 66ha (165 acre) reserve has a 1.75 mile Wildlife Walk clearly marked with badger waymarkers.

On the Bruen Road out of Milton under Wychwood, before you get to Bruen Abbey, there is a small road off to the left.
(it's just after a bridlepath / walkway where many muggles ramble and take the path across a field to the Foxholes Nature Reserve)

If you walk down this road (you can park your car before heading down the road) you will find a small footbridge.

------------

If you go down in the Bruen foxholes today
You're sure of a giant Bruen surprise
If you go down to the footbridge today
You'd better go in disguise! (so muggles don't see you)
For every geocacher that ever there was
Will gather there for certain
Because today's the day the
FTF have their fortune
Small prize for FTF :) and name will appear here: ***AscottAmblers***
