Apparently, this is where muggles go to sit in their cars. Do not bother attempting to find this cache if it's anywhere near lunch time, as this seems to be the popular place to just sit. (Seriously. I'd rather not think about how much of my day I lost just waiting out the guy in the car a few spots away when I wanted to hide this. I'm too stubborn for my own good.) Good luck!
