Duckie Pond Traditional Cache

Cache Effect: It doesn't sound like the CO is able to replace this one so I'm going to archive it to permanently remove it from the site and open up the area for other caches.
The cache can be re-submitted as a new cache at a later date if you decide to bring it back.
