Welcome to Rural #9 Tower of strength This cache is located on top of a big hill near the phone towers. The cache is easily accessible at all times and this location will provide views of the surrounding area. The cache is a micro so Byo Pen for this one as we couldn't fit it in. The phone reception here is Extremely excellent for all providers so you will have no problem with signal issues here xD Thanks for finding
