Geocache Description:

THERE IS NOTHING HIDDEN at the posted coordinates. They do, however, mark an an excellent spot for one to (safely) park and walk to the final stage.

This isn't a round "Roundabout" nor "Rotary" (as they say back East), so what shape is it?

"Figure Eight" was performed by Blossom Dearie (April 28, 1924 – February 7, 2009), who was an American jazz singer and pianist. She had a recognizably light and girlish voice. One of the last supper club/cabaret performers, she performed regular engagements in London and New York City over many years. She collaborated with many musicians, including Johnny Mercer, Miles Davis, Jack Segal, and Johnny Mandel.

Schoolhouse Rock! was an American interstitial programming series of animated musical educational short films (and later, videos) that aired during the Saturday morning children's programming on the U.S. television network ABC. The topics covered included grammar, science, economics, history, mathematics, and civics. The series' original run lasted from 1973 to 1985. I seem to remember Schoolhouse Rock! coming on during "Superfriends." To this day I've retained a lot of the information I learned and reinforced while watching these shorts. "Figure Eight" was one of the multiplication cartoons.

We happen to be big music fans, and so do our kids. Please enjoy the hunt for this easy puzzle cache!

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2018: We've decided to add a link to Geocheck your answer: (visit link) We figure if you have to uproot to a new location, we'll afford this courtesy. Otherwise, feel free to message me.

First-To-Find prize is a collectible American coin rarer than our usual leave, a “Braided Hair” Large Cent from the 1850s! The obverse of this coin features “Lady Liberty,” who was prominently mentioned in Schoolhouse Rock's "The Great American Melting Pot." Back then Lady Liberty’s profile graced all of our pocket change, when one could buy "penny candy." FTF congrats to gigsandguy, sounds like teamwork made this happen, well done!
