This cache commemorates the hardy pioneers of the western prairie who braved the elements and isolation in order to settle our province. The nearby buildings could tell numerous stories of sweat and toil, and of laughter and family joy. Unfortunately they are becoming an all too common sight as the province continues to urbanize and farms become bigger and bigger.
