You could very easily access this geocache by air, but a short drive off Highway 12 and the Hell's Backbone Road, is an adventure awaiting you as well.
This is a traditional geocache, near a seldom used dirt airstrip - the "Boulder Airport". The best road access begins near the start of the Hell's Backbone Road. Take care with low ground-clearance vehicles, especially on the dirt road leading to the landing strip which can be quite rutted. But in dry conditions, most vehicles should be able to get near the geocache. Best to look up before driving on the landing strip. Your goal is just beyond the end; and the cache should be easy to find once you're upon it. While you're there, gas up at Boulder's Hills and Hollow's store; or grab a bite at the Burr Trail Grill. The Anasazi Museum is worth a quick visit; and there's a GeoTour geocache inside for those who venture there.
