This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ or through a Needs Archive Log as one that may need attention. I notice that no action has been taken by the owner, to correct the issue. Please, could the owner please check this cache and give an indication of when it may be sorted out. If there is no response to this log after 30 days I will archive the cache. In the meantime I am disabling it.

Please do not e-mail me with the update. It may be one of my colleagues who checks your cache again and they won't know you contacted me. It's a good idea with a cache you've disabled and which may take a while to sort out to post a note once a month so people (and reviewers!) know you are still dealing with it. This will also prevent us from chasing you up and sending more e-mails!

Geocache Description:

This series takes you around the outside of lovely Greenwich Park to each of the park's 11 historic gates.

All the caches are outside the park boundary and all are accessible 24 hours a day even if the park is shut. The numbering in the series takes you around the park in a widdershins direction ending up back at the north side near Greenwich town centre & the covered market.

Please be alert to the danger of muggles when seeking this cache. Please also use as little space signing the log as possible! And you'll need to bring something to sign the log with as well.

When finding this cache, don't forget the lovely Flower Garden in the south east corner of the park with it’s lake and woodland walks as well as a Deer Park called The Wilderness (the deer are red and fallow deer.) See the gallery for photos.

When you reach the Vanbrugh Park Gate, you need to leave the park behind you and head across the road (please be careful) towards (but not into) an area known as Cowboyland.

This version of the cache returns it to its original home, but in the simple form of a magnetic nano. The previous incarnations of this cache have been found by 144 & 1189 people repectively. (A total of 1330 finds over the years.) There are many beautiful views to see and hidden gardens and wonders to discover.

Finders are encouraged to post a photograph of themselves with this little cache - or a shot or two of the nearby Flower Garden. Good luck and thank you.
