Please approach from the top or the bottom of the Hill. Don't cross the road half way up! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cache is on the SOUTH side of SW Charlestown St. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SW Charlestown St is a handy way-point to Alki Beach, other cache action and a great opportunity to check your lunch as you modify your elevation. The West Seattle High School Seniors paint "The Hill" annually (nice try, 2017. 2019 for the kill.) announcing their graduation and honoring tradition. The slightest bit of snow brings out the locals! We're talking trash-barrel-bonfires, kids and other adult children equipped with sleds, toboggans or what-have-you smashing down the hill in a hurry... ~Retrieval of the cache requires a bit of incline one way or the other.~
