Two Letters Mystery Cache

A few weeks ago I received a strange letter in my mailbox. It was weird. Seemed to be a code or something. I shrugged it off and shoved it into a drawer, but then last week I received another strange letter. Can you help me figure these letters out?
Here is the first letter:
Those horses rarely eat eggs. Fix our useless racecar. Zoo egrets reproduce often. The hedgehogs ran everywhere, escaping. Free imaginary violent echos. Zoned elephants riot occasionally. Faulty ozone uses rice.
Here is the second letter:
Aerospace milkweed ignites physical stains. Offensive boars fund creamers. Strong shrews greet ferrets tersely. Steamed cheeseburgers bruise beverage herbs. Often coal hushpuppies orient. Tzar George erodes soil. Effortless consorts fund brownies.
