Another cache to find in this park. This one shouldn't be hard to spot at all, but reaching it without getting wet may be harder. At the time of placement I easily made it out dry, but that may change throughout the year.
Cache name comes from the fact that rain was beginning to fall as I finsihed placing the cache. Or maybe the storm is refering to the new stadium being built nearby. Your choice. Happy caching!
