Geocache Description:

Please geocachers, don't forget to put back the container exactly as you
found it (hole facing down) after you finish to log.

This is to avoid rain water from going inside the cache...
Thanx a lot for your help!

The Perhentian Islands (Pulau Perhentian) lie approximately 10 nautical miles (19 km) off the coast of northeastern Malaysia in the state of Terengganu, approximately 40 miles (64 km) south of the Thai border.
The name Perhentian means "stopping point" in Malay, this is because the islands became a staging point used by traders traveling from Malaysia to Bangkok.

The two main islands are Pulau Perhentian Besar (Big Perhentian Island) and Pulau Perhentian Kecil (Small Perhentian Island).
Kecil attracts more travellers as it has cheaper accommodation, while Besar is a little more expensive and caters more to families and those who want to avoid the backpacker party scene.

The small, uninhabited islands of Susu Dara, Seringgi and Rawa lie off Kecil.
All the islands belong to a protected marine park, which means that fishing, collecting coral and littering are strictly prohibited.

The cache is hidden at Teluk Pauh (Mango Bay), one of the most beautiful places of the island with its crystal turquoise water and its coral reef which is home to many species of tropical fishes as well as sea turtles and reef sharks.

This beach is located in the north west of Pulau Perhentian Besar just in front of Perhentian Island Resort.

To find the treasure, you'll have to walk along the beach to the waypoint, located at the eastern end thereof.
From there, you'll be able to see the magnificient tree behind which the cache is hidden.

After that, you'll be on your own geocachers... but let me give you one advice:
As you'll have to climb rocks, just remember to be very careful where you put your feet at all time!

Now, don't forget to read the hints if you need more help and it only remains for me to tell you...

  Good luck geocachers!

PS : It's always pleasant to see a picture (or more) in the logs...
