A Fine Pair #860 Kirkby on Bain. Traditional Cache

Number 860 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box. The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

The cache placed with the permission of Kirkby on Bain Parish council is NOT inside the telephone box. The telephone box now holds a community library where locals can swap reading books. A novel ( pardon the pun) way of using a redundant telephone box. On the side of the box is also a community defibrillator, once again the cache is NOT near this vital piece of equipment.
