Kamniška Bistrica, najbolj urbanizirana reka v Sloveniji, s svojim sistemom mlinščic predstavlja zeleno os regije s pomembno ekološko in rekreacijsko funkcijo. Gre za območje reke od njenega izvira v kamniških planinah, njenega toka po Kamniško bistriški ravnini skozi Kamnik, Domžale in Dol pri Ljubljani, do sotočja treh rek: Save, Kamniške Bistrice in Ljubljanice.

Zanimiva skulptura z naslovom "Zgodba o drevesu" avtorice Dragice Čadež, ki je hkrati tudi plezalni poligon za otroke. Mi smo ga poimenovali kar DINOZAVER :)
ENGLISH: Kamniška Bistrica, the most urbanized river in Slovenia, with its system of millraces represents the region's green axis with significant ecological and recreational function. It is an area of the river from its source in the Kamnik Alps, along to its current Kamnik Bistrica through Kamnik, Domžale and Dol near Ljubljana, the confluence of three rivers: the Sava, Kamnik Bistrica and the Ljubljanica.
Interesting sculpture entitled "The story of the tree" by Dragica Čadež. It is also climbing polygon for children. We named it DINOSAUR :)
