Road is paved all the way but is not maintain so use at your own risk. Normal desert precautions apply during warmer months. All of the caches are located south of the DOE boundary fence. Access to the power trail is SR 240, north on Kingsgate Road then left on Horn Rapids Road to the very end. The west end of Horn Rapids Road is blocked off - there is no legal access back to SR 240.
While studying the Google map of the Hanford site I noticed a very interesting choice of names for the Hanford Railroad station locations. Since the public is not allowed to venture in to the actual sites, I have set up a short power trail along Horn Rapids Road listing all of the names as cache names.
