This Cache is placed as part of the 2017 New York State Park Central Region Geocache Challenge. There are 67 geocaches hidden within 20 state parks and historic sites in this parks region, the first 100 people to find 40 or more caches will receive a special geocache challenge coin. NYS Parks Saratoga - Capital Region will be hosting a similar challenge!! 10 caches found in the Sara-Cap Region Challenge can be used toward the Central Challenge (and vice versa)!

This cache contains a unique stamp which must stay with the cache. Use this stamp to mark your passport. This stamp is NOT a trade item. Some of the items in the cache are park souvenirs and do not need to be replaced with a trade item.
Many people don't realize that Clark Reservation has a baseball diamond and a volleyball court in addition to many hiking trails of varying terrain. Last year the challenge brought you to the baseball diamond - this cache will bring you to the volleyball court.
This should be an easy find. Please replace the cache so that it cannot be seen from either nearby trail (one above and one below). There are two other Parks Challenge caches and six other caches in Clark Reservation for a total of nine possible finds in the park!
