Another Canada Day 2017 Celebration Event Cache

Canada Day is the national day of Canada. A federal statutory holiday, it celebrates the anniversary of the July 1, 1867 enactment of the Constitution Act, 1867, which united the three separate colonies of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick into a single Dominion within the British Empire called Canada.  Originally called Dominion Day, the holiday was renamed in 1982, the year the Canada Act was passed.

As Signal continues to celebrate geocaching around the world, our favourite frog will be visiting Canada to cache like a Canadian and celebrate Canada’s 150^th anniversary.

As part of the celebration, you can earn the Canada Day 2017 souvenir by attending this event on Sunday, 2 July 2017. We are excited to join in celebrating this July, and we hope you will join us!
