Fascinating and historical Chinatown in beautiful Victoria certainly needed a cache to bring you here, despite the high muggle area. PLEASE use stealth and tuck back in on the ledge in the right hand corner facing the parking lot.
Located in the heart of Chinatown, this cache will bring you good luck whether you are a local or a tourist - even if you don't require a parking spot. You will either need to be at least 1.6 meters, 5'5", or get a bit of a lift from a friend or loved one. Since it was muggled within the first couple of weeks, the 2nd replacement was tethered to a fishing line. It went missing as well and so did the 3rd. With luck this forth smaller one will continue to remain here.
