​1rst Diagonal Tree (Pasha's Choice)

​This tree was Pasha's choice for the placement of a geocache. Thanks Amanda and Chris for helping me find the perfect tree.

​The North River into Round Lake can either be a calm easy paddle or you could be struggling with all your might. Please only go when the wind speeds are less than 20 km, and preferrably VR 5.   I've designed the route so that you can shuttle cars and do it one-direction if you wish. The WAY you choose to do it will be determined by the wind direction that particular day. If the wind is blowing from the north, start at the north end and paddle towards the lake. If the wind is blowing from the south, put in at the lake and paddle upriver. Current is inconsequential. It's all about WIND direction when choosing your route.

​The Boat Launch at "Favourite Fishing Hole" has room for lots of vehicles. It also has a picnic table, garbage container, and portable toilet.

In contrast, the Boat Launch at the bridge on County Road 46 is very small, with room for only a couple vehicles, strategically arranged. Please be careful accessing this small boat launch as the traffic speeds along County Road 46 at top notch.
