Recommended parking is the parking area at Maple Ridge Park, off Fern Crescent, but additional parking is available off 232nd Street as well. From here, it's an easy walk to both of the CHC150 caches nearby, as well as a few others.
Maple Ridge Park has been a gathering place for family picnics, community and school events going back to the 1920s.
It is located along the South Alouette River and offers an expanse of mature forest nursing a wide array of native plants and wildlife. Each fall the South Alouette River welcomes large populations of spawning Pink and Chum salmon.
The Kinsmen spray park is open to the public on a weather permitting, seasonal basis.
The geocache is located just outside of the park, on a little trail that overlooks the Wild Play tree adventure area. Be careful crossing Fern Crescent as there can be a lot of traffic coming from and going to Golden Ears Park.
