Simple streak extender after inability to place this one in nice new shopping plaza across the way, This is a good spot though to make sure you can see clearly enough to pick up a smart phone and take home a game or two while your're at it .  Newbie cacher's delight.

Easy access in heavily traveled area, so watch out for muggles.  Best time would be when at least nearby larger business is open, so check your surroundings.
