This cache is for the SCAR event, and should not be sought out until the event starts after 5:30 pm on May 26th. It is part of a series of Legacy Caches hidden by S.A.G.A. to celebrate 10 years of the Saskatoon Cache and Release event! There are a couple of things related to SCAR that you should know about this cache. If you are lucky enough to be First to Find, take the domino and trade it in at the barbecue event for a special prize! Everyone who finds this cache during SCAR should take a popsicle stick, and if you are able to collect sticks from all 10 you can also redeem them at the barbecue for a special prize! We do ask that each cacher only take one domino, even if you are FTF for more than one Legacy cache. We would like to spread the wealth to as many cachers as possible! Happy hunting!
The 6th version of SCAR occurred May 16 and 17, 2013. This year there were 257 caches hidden, 3 events, from what we can tell 171 people who took part in some way in the event! S.A.G.A. hosted the main event and the midnight event, and the breakfast was hosted by GRDELAINEY and schnor. The barbecue was at Floral School and the midnight event was at the Tim Horton's on 51st and Millar Ave. There were few comments about the weather in any logs, so it must have been just right! Only a couple of people commented on the ticks, too, so it was a nice weekend overall.
