de astronomische zomer daarentegen begint elk jaar op een ander tijdstip.

De astronomische zomer begint op het ogenblik dat de zon de hoogste stand boven de horizon bereikt. Dit is tevens de langste dag van het jaar.

Voor 2017 is dat op
