True is a town in Rusk County, Wisconsin USA. The population was 291 at the 2000 census. The town has a total area of 23.5 square miles (60.8 km²), of which 23.3 square miles (60.3 km²) is land and 0.2 square mile (0.5 km²) (0.81%) is water. The racial makeup of the town is 99.66% White and 0.34% Pacific Islander.

Parking is available to the south in a TRU lot. It is paid parking weekdays until 5:00. Most of the series is just off the trail system. This needs a bit of grass-wacking. Be casual- you're within sight of residence windows.
