重厚な寺社風の木造駅舎が現在も残っており　今は無人駅となっているが、

かっては　橿原神宮や神武天皇陵への最寄駅だったため　参拝する皇族のために

駅舎内には　貴賓室が設けられていて　ここは年１回　不定期に一般公開される。

キャッシュは自転車置き場入口付近
