この神社は大木川と宝満川の合流地点の北約600ｍ、高田区公民館に隣接して鎮座しています。
入口には注連縄が掛かった注連柱と鳥居が建立され、二段に分かれた境内の上段に社殿が建立され、拝殿内には「老松宮」「宝満宮」の額が掛かっています。又、この社には拝殿前には文政8年生まれ、末社には建立年代不明の、タイプの異なった狛犬がいます。
