Geocache Description:

Tri-City Cachers (TCC) use all of the Tools of The Trade (TOTT) they have available to find those pesky elusive caches!  Sometimes this includes Phone-a-Friend (PAF).

It's a common hide type, but hopefully it will make you smile as well as put a smiley on your map.  Hidden for the 4th monthly TCC Meet & Greet. As is so often the case, there is only room for the log, so BRING YOUR OWN PEN (BYOP) because no signature= no find!
