Where else would a superhero reside in E’ville but at the Recreation Department so as to stay in shape, right? Also superheroes need to eat a lot and this cache is located across the street from awesome bakery and Mexican food.
Accessible from sidewalk, even from a wheelchair. Grab and go, though stealth may be necessary per the main drag of San Pablo Blvd. By Rec Department and across from good eats. Should't be too hard to find.
