One of a series of geocaches that we hope you will enjoy.
The domestic cat is a small carnivore with four legs and fur. Historically they were kept as a means to control vermin but in developed countries they are often valued for companionship. Cats have flexible bodies, sharp retractable claws and good eyesight making them ideally suited to hunting. Often this instinct has a negative impact on the populations of wild birds or rodents. There are approximately 8 million domestic cats in the UK.
