The NW London cachers' summer event is here! Come and enjoy an alfresco picnic in the lovely setting of Headstone Manor Recreation Ground, next to one of Harrow's oldest landmarks. Bring the family (a special treat for Dad on Father's Day?) and a picnic lunch and join us for some caching chatter while we watch the Sunday cricketers on the nearby pitches.

Getting to Headstone Manor Recreation Ground
There's some parking at the Recreation Ground - a larger car park accessed from Pinner View, or a smaller one accessed from Headstone Lane. Note that the Ground hosts local cricket matches in the summer so parking may well be more limited if the match is already underway! Please walk, cycle or come by public transport if you can; if arriving by public transport there are a number of ways to get to us:
Harrow and Wealdstone station is a 15-minute walk and is on the Overground, London Midland and Bakerloo lines
Headstone Lane station is a 10-minute walk and is on the Overground
North Harrow is a 15-minute walk and is on the Metropolitan line
Buses also run from the stations - the H9 and H19 run from Harrow and Wealdstone station along Headstone Lane to North Harrow station, stopping either on Parkside Way (H9 - south side of the Recreation Ground) or Headstone Lane (H19 - north side of the recreation ground). The H10 and H18 follow the same routes in reverse. All buses also go to Harrow on the Hill station (Metropolitan line).
