kerrfamilySBD: after 6 and a bit years this series has had its last finder earlier this week. I walked it today and took in all caches, except one which I couldn't find. MANY thanks to all who enjoyed the series and wrote log entries to say that they appreciated this walk. Any TBs will be put back in the field as soon as I can.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to my new route around Stanley Common, Stanley and Morley. Please click here for a full route description to print off and take along with you. It has a detailed map so handy for route finding. All cache descriptions contain only very brief route finding so do download the map and full instructions. 

Walking from "Paddock" you will reach an old railway line. After finding the cache there are three ways onto the old railway line. If it has been raining extremely heavily then the path here might be VERY muddy or even flooded. If not then use the posted waypoint to gain access to the trackbed. If not then the alternative is to head to 52 57.685 -1 22.785, keep right here and aim for Morley Lane at 52 57.587 -1 22.893. Then turn right and right again on to Common Lane and when you reach 52 57.784 -1 22.910 (a bridge over the old railway line) you can scramble down and you will be very close to the next cache.
