For many years, we had the privilege of spending time with Ron Wenger at the fairgrounds. He was always there working to make the grounds a great place for 4H students to hold their annual fair. Ron was passionate about helping the students learn important life lessons through working with their animals, their projects and with each other. Sadly, Ron died a short time after being diagnosed with ALS. He has been deeply missed at the fairgrounds but we think that he would enjoy seeing the play structure that was erected in his memory.
