little walk in the neighborhood

Nice puzzle in a park. Pretty easy. General knowledge of Math is required. *WARNING* THIS IS A FIELD PUZZLE SO PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SOLVE PUZZLE AT HOME OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. SOLVE ON SIGHT. The first stage of the cache is a slightly camoed pill bottle, with a wire hook coming out of the top. The second stage of the cache is relatively high up, so you will either need to jump, climb, or just be tall to access.
