Kounoupeli - Ag. Nikolaos Traditional Cache
kourampies: While this is a great spot, I don't really know the situation with the people living in the abandoned hotel nearby. The cache goes missing almost immediately every time, so I guess they are watching visitors and removing it each time. There are more hidden spots up the road but for now the fire department is heavily guarding this place, and I'm not in a mood to go over there again, and explain to them what's going on.

The cache is a medium-small container, containing the logbook and a declaration about geocaching. Its hidden on a hole in the back side of the church, near the ground, inside a double seal bag. I put a pencil inside. There is room for a few trackables and tradables.
Kounoupeli (also know as Yrmini's baths) has an interesting story on Greek mythology, which I haven't had the time to translate yet. I will update the description to include it later.
On this area there were some thermal baths, and a hotel for those who visited the thermal baths to stay. Nowadays all these are abandoned, but people still visit the beach. I saw some people on the abandoned hotel, and It seemed like they were staying there. They didn't look like homeless people or squatters, so I don't know what they were doing exactly, perhaps guards or something?
On the thermal baths there is a big cave, I think you can explore it and get in easily, but I didn't try it.
Other than the beach near the cache, the 4 or 5 dirt roads you encounter before reaching the cache, lead to small, private beaches. I would suggest trying those for a swim.
