Geocache Description:

A small cache placed with a lovely view across the fields to the abandoned railway bridge., and a spot to rest and enjoy the peace.

Approach via a lovely walk through the churchyard (parking by the church) or from the other end on Station Road.

Have you ever felt like a right plonker when caching?

Perhaps you came out of a bush right in front of a muggle?
Perhaps you got stopped by the police at night who assumed you were answering a call of nature?
Perhaps you nearly took your eye out on a tree?
Perhaps you spent ages looking for a cache, gave up and then your glamorous assistant just walked up and pointed it out to you?
Perhaps you were on an FTF chase at night and stopped someone else in the layby to ask them if they found what they were looking for AND THEN REALISED YOU WERE IN THE WRONG LAYBY???

All of us have stories like this I'm sure (or is it just me?) .

This cache is dedicated to my caching buddy Baggiewhite who PAFd me for help on the Hammerwich Church Micro and DNFd it despite it all - with an invitation to call him 'YOU PLONKER RODNEY' if it was still actually there. And yes, you know it, of course it was!

So what to do with the spare cache I was carrying 'just in case'?

SO ON YOUR LOG, PLEASE SHARE YOUR OWN STORY OF WHEN YOU WERE A PLONKER TOO!
