Back in Omaha, when I first started caching, I noticed many geo-events were planned either for daytime or early weekend mornings, which didn’t really work well for me. This past fall, my BCB (Best Caching Buddy) and I started planning happy hour geocaching events, usually honoring some weird holiday (International Hobby Day, Bad Poetry Day, etc.) In March, we even planned a Friday night geo-pub crawl for our geocaching friends - Fun! I knew I’d be in Estes Park in mid-/late June and noticed there didn’t seem to be any geo-events planned for that time, so I decided to plan one myself. Do RMNP-area geocachers like to happy hour? How many states (countries?) will be represented at this event? We shall see! I look forward to discovering your TBs, and I will bring mine. I look forward to meeting some new caching buddies!
