Hooscow Revival Traditional Cache

The city of Arroyo Grande recently rebuilt the small park here in the Village that contains the old city jail built in 1910.  The single room Hooscow is locked, but the park is open to the public.

We placed a small camouflaged cache here in the park to commemorate the previous caches that have been here.  This was the location of the first geocache we ever found and there have been numerous other caches at this location since.  The original location by the bench was too obvious and the containers were muggled multiple times. It now blends in to the immediate surroundings, but is in plain sight just off the path.  Please do not trample the plants or destroy anything in the park.  Enjoy your freedom outside the Hooscow.
