 The largest crater lake in Europe is in Lantela, cache 34. Here, Mukilanniemi forms a village center that rises above the rest of the environment, with a multi-faceted building where the newest cottage settlement is centered on the shores of Lake Lappajärvi. From the highest points of Mukilanniemi, you can enjoy wide views across the fields.

 Rantametsiköt ovat pääsääntöisesti tuoretta tai lehtomaista kangasta. Yleisimmät rantapuut ovat harmaaleppä, koivu ja pihlaja. Haapa on yleistynyt ja emme unohda myöskään pajuja, joita rannoille muodostuu ryppäinä.
