Listen Carefully Mystery Cache

This is my first attempt at a puzzle cache. I trust that you will enjoy it!

The cache is not at the published co-ordinates. The puzzle below needs to be solved in order to gain the final co-ordinates. 

Philip, an Allied Forces Second World War radio operator, is going about his shift as usual, when a message comes in over the wireless delivering the co-ordinates of the next mission. Naturally, the co-ordinates have been encoded in order to protect the information from the Nazis.
