Watch out for traffic!!! Traditional Cache
honeychile: As there has been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact me when you have the cache repaired, and assuming it still meets the guidelines, I will be happy to unarchive it.

Drive by this one in both directions, then park, get out, and hunt it down. Watch out for traffic!
Ok. First off, kudos to Redneckgal for helping keep this one alive, as she replaced the damaged pill bottle with a waterproof match container. Additional kudos also go out to the person (I forget who it was, but would like to thank them) who spotted the storm damage which took out the tree branch this cache was originally mounted on. That person was on their way to work, and thankfully phoned a relative to make sure the cache was safe.
With that being taken care of, and in light of recent events where a fellow geocacher had used the parking lot of a particular company (they had even used a 'Visitors' parking spot), I feel the need to whip up a short list of parking lots to avoid due to security guard harassment. :)
Please avoid using the following company parking lots to hit this cache:
Dynetics
United Space Alliance
Dynetics uses infrared security cameras to monitor their property. I merely drove into the mouth of their roadway entrance once, and parked to refill my coolant in the car I owned at the time. Very soon thereafter, I found myself talking with one of their security guards. This incident was not geocache related, but is noteworthy for this list.
While I have gotten away with using U.S.A.'s parking lot after hours in the past without incident, they aparently are not appreciative of the public using their parking lot, even if it's completely empty at 2:00 pm (save for their company vehicle).
Your best bet would be to play "disabled vehicle on the side of the road," faking the use of your GPS as a cell phone. If you should choose this method, please remember to use your hazard lights, and common sense (don't try this when the masses are going to, or getting off work). And please remember to Watch Out For Traffic!!!
