First and foremost, play it safe! This is located near a busy overpass. Don't dart across traffic, cross at the lights. There is no need to walk on the road to find the cache.
You will be looking for a fairly large sized container, mildly camouflaged to meet its surroundings. There is a pen inside, as well as the logbook, with plenty of room for trackables and small items. For its close proximity to downtown, it is one of the larger caches I can think of.
Please make sure the lid is on tightly! It takes a good amount of pressure to get it on all the way. And please don't allow it to fall where it will be inaccessible! If you can't retrieve and replace it on your own, bring a geo-buddy with you to help out!
