Hey I just met you, and this is crazy. Here's my coordinates, so cache me maybe? Since there is a new shopping center going in here, I figured it needed to be commemorated with a cache!

Welcome to the future home of the Norfolk Premium Outlets! Every shopping center needs a cache or 2 in my opinion. So here is the first for this new location! Trackable inside for the FTF! CongratZ to team_schacht for the FTF!
