The gravel road at this intersection leads to several cabins and a scenic spot we were not aware of - despite living in this area for most of our lives.
The Hanson Lake Road Community Trail "HLR- CT" extends from Smeaton,Sk (0km) to Creighton,Sk (323km) just west of Flin Flon MB. It is NOT necessary to add to the trail if you find a cache along here - but given the many side roads, points of interest and and scenic spots along the way we certainly encourage you to help make this an interesting drive with numerous reasons to take a break.
